Just don't use them
They won't have your car and they will stick you with whatever they can and then charge you way more than what you booked for when making your travel arrangements. Even with confirmation in hand they will fight you about the expense. This is my second and last shot for this company- I should have known better after the first time in spite of their assurances that the first experience was due to a staffing issue.

I had relatives come in from out of town who need to rent a car. However, Advantage made it very confusing for them. They tried to raise the price for the car they rented. I have had way better experiences at other rent a cars. I would not recommend it.
