Loved the Restaurant and the Food
I went to Airr Supper Club for a birthday celebration and I tell ya, this place looks amazing. The restaurant area is completely white and the funny thing is that I saw a lady wearing a white dress, it was like just a head was walking, she was camouflaged by the decor.
The food was absolutely amazing, right now I can't remember the names of the dishes, but I remember one of the dishes was of scallops and the other was called Cavetelli which is Santa Barbara spot prawn, peas and bacon. For dessert I had Caramel Budino which is creme fraiche with bits of sea salt, in this one be careful with the cream on top, that's where the sea salt is and if you take a big spoonful of cream the result won't be great, instead take a spoonful with as much as you can from the bottom, that will be so good. The waiter told us the Chef was brought over from one of the big hotels from Las Vegas.
The drinks were amazing too, I had a watermelon martini, again can't remember the name. But it was just right, not too strong not too weak, just perfect.
After dinner we all went to the Red Room, which really is ALL red, but there were very few people there and the music wasn't that great.
This is an expensive place dinner and drinks for two will be over $50, closer to $100. But the food, the decor and the service made it totally worth it. My friend had a great time for her birthday and I got to see a new place in Downtown.
