I don't get to go here because my husband doesn't like thick crust but when I do, it's a treat. The pizza is reliably good and it's very family friendly establishment. However, the last time I was there the kids pizza were served scorching hot. Hot is ok, but scorching is a different matter. As a parent, I hate dealing with it's too hot, I'm hungry on repeat and really credit places that serve kids food at a temperature that's warm enough to make it edible but cool enough to avoid burning their tongues.

I've had all sorts of pizzas here and not been disappointed. The wine is decent too. The servers have always been really nice and this location can get crowded, because it's popular. We've also gotten pizzas to go and they've held up well during a 15 minute car ride home.

Are you all serious? The only thing worth anything here is the pizookie.

The beer is not good, and more importantly they do not even brew it there even though they try to make it look like they do. It's usually flat. Go to Rock Bottom across the street for fresh micro brew.

The pizza is not good. Maybe it's because I'm from Chicago and know what pizza is actually supposed to taste like. If you put "Chicago Pizza" in the name of your restaurant, you better be able to back it up. I realize it's a chain, and people will eat anything as long as they think it's supposed to be good, but this is horrible. You wat good pizza go to Lefty's in North Park or The Spot in downtown La Jolla.

Not that it matters, but the service here can be hit and miss. I don't give a restaurant a bad review on service unless they are repeat offenders in this category. Too many times the patron just could be in a bad mood and nothing will satisfy them.

The price also seems fairly high for what you get.

I really enjoy Bj's Pizzas, especially the Great White Pizza. They come in different sizes so you can choose to eat a personal sized pizza or go larger to share with more people. BJ's has a variety of things to choose from in the menu, from hot baked potatoes, to soups and salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, and pasta. You can't go wrong when you're at Bj's. Everyone also knows about Bj's pizookies, big chocolate chip cookies baked in a deep dish pan and topped with vanilla ice cream is a must have dessert when you are here. Bj also brews their own beer, you can get the BJ sampler to try a variety of their beers. I really enjoy taking my friends to eat here and eat good food.

I have never been to this location, but the BJs in the bay area is great. Their food is delicious and they have an excellent selection of beer, much of which is brewed by BJs themselves. The pizookies (cookie and ice cream pizza) are a must
