This was the first threading salon I found in San Diego (it was before they all started popping up in every shopping center and people really knew what threading was).
There are always a few estheticians there doing the threading service. What I like the best is the close attention to detail. In my experience, they do a good job trying to remove tiny hairs. The only downside is they do not take appointments for the threading service (only for facials, waxing, etc). Every time I have been I have always had to wait, but it is well worth it. I have checked out other threading salons and keep returning here.

Eyebrow threading is starting to spread everywhere. I have never had my eyebrows down before I went to Beauty by Dolly, and I heard threading was better than waxing so I went here. The price was alright, $13 for eyebrows. I've seen cheaper elsewhere, but I don't know about their quality....

Upside: Great results! My eyebrows were so clean and even. It didn't even hurt *that* much...I was expecting a more painful experience and I didn't, which is good! Everyone working there were very professional, and very friendly. They also are concerned with how you want your eyebrows to look.

Downside: It's half an hour away from my house. Boo.

These folks are eyebrow artists!!! They do amazing work and I highly recommend them.

The place is very nice, its very chic. The staff is quite professional and welcoming. However, one down side is that the threading of the eyebrows is very costly, $12, adds up quite quickly. Sometimes the woman charged can be very stubborn and opinionated.

I was a little leary of having my eyebrows shaped, since the last few times I had them waxed I was never totally happy. Fortunately now I will only have my brows threaded. Wow, what a difference and painless at that. At Beauty by Dolly I walked in and was immediately seated. The treading took just minutes, and now my eyebrows look very even and perfectly shaped. All for only $12.00. Next time I may try one of their other services.
