Bell Alibi Purchase
decent Bike Helmet
I recently bought a Bell model Alibi helmet here, was forty something , $52 with the tax, I have since found it cheaper elsewhere, but why I decided to make the purchase was simply based on the excellent customer service I received, and the fact that they even showed me how to do the proper fitting, meant a lot to me, yes I will be back despite all the neg reviews, the guy that helped me, was built like a pro rider and he said he was also.

Excellent mtn bike purchased here
My husband bought his mountain bike here 3 years ago. It was busy when we got to the store but when a sales guy freed up he asked for budget and details of what he was looking for. Within 20 mins we were out the door with a new bike and hitting mission trails.

You're better off to get your gear elsewhere. But this is an excellent place to buy a bike!

Wow...‎
....what a miserable experience. I ride a Trek 1.5 Triple, and I thought I could walk in to BicycleWarehouse and find my wife a descent bike so we could hit some routes together. No one helped us when we went in the store (5PM, right after work); once wer finally cornered someone, they had no clue what bikes I was talking about; the deals on the website did not match what they had in the store, and it kind of smelled nasty in there. It took every ounce of good within me to not knock over a few rows of bikes on the way out. Took a quick drive over to my Trek shop; we were greeted when we entered, someone said they would be with us in 5 minutes (which they were), and even though the bike we decided on was $200.00 more than I wanted to spend, I know I can rely on their dedicated mechanics should something go wrong with the bike. Seriously... go ANYWHERE else but here if you want to keep your sanity. -Chris‎

I got a great bike for a good price and a good discount on my
I got a great bike for a good price and a good discount on my accessory purchases. They have a lot of great bicycles and an indoor area to test ride. Seems like a quality operation, family owned to boot. They gave my bike a quick checkout to ensure proper operation before I took it away but didn't offer any fitting services so I had to make all fitting adjustments myself (and I don't necessarily know what I'm doing or shooting for). The brake lever/shifter assy's were in different planes (rotated differently on the handlebars) as were the outside handles on the flat handlebar (bull bars, I think they call them?) All in all, it's a great bike and I'm happy with it but I would have liked a little more assistance with the setup. I would think they would want to make sure everything is right for the customer before they walk out the door with the product. Great equipment, not necessarily the best service at the sale. We'll have to see about the service after the sale....

no cash refund policy only store credit
DON'T BUY here if you want to take something back. Elliott sold us two bikes here and never mentioned anything about the return policy. When the seat on the giant road bike I bought was stuck in the frame jaimie said they would only give me store credit for a return. I told him that he could either give me my money back now or visa would go after them for a fraudulent charge. Fortunatly he gave me my money back. BUYER BEWARE defective giant road bike is back on there floor for $50 more than I paid for it.‎
