Great place to kick back (inside or outside) and enjoy excellent food, coffee, tea, etc. After my first visit 976 instantly became one of my top 5 breakfast establishments, which I must say is not an easy list to make.

Best coffee shop in PB. It's a cool old beach cottage converted into a charming coffee shop with indoor seating and outdoor in a garden setting. They make every kind of coffee imaginable with Cafe Moto grinds and they have a healthy breackfast and lunch menu. The can get super busy and be understaffed so it can take a while to get service but free wi-fi makes up for it.
Pros: Coffee, unique blends of it, the atmosphere and food
Cons: parking can be tough but worth it.
Price Range: $5 - $10
Recommended: Yes

It is just a nice and pleasant atmosphere It is also nice to people watch. <br /><br /><b>Value:</b> Decent pricing. Coffeee and a scone won't kill your pocket.<br /><br /><b>Service:</b> It is pretty much order at the front and get your items then<br /><br /><b>Quality:</b> good- <br />
Pros: definately the ambiance
Cons: can get a bit crowded if you go late morning on the weekends (when all the hung over college kids wake up!).
Value: Decent pricing. Coffeee and a scone won't kill your pocket.
Service: good-
