California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) is located in the Fashion Valley Mall across from the movie theaters. This is a great place to go after a long day of shopping or a light dinner before a movie, its great location makes it a very convenient stop to grab a bite to eat. They have a wide selection of oven baked pizzas, pastas and salads. The food is very fresh and reasonably priced. They also have a full bar and have a very good Lava Flow. Overall the service is fast and friendly, I definitely recommend trying it out next time you are at Fashion Valley Mall.
Pros: Great pizza, a nice change from the ordinary Papa Johns and Pizza Hut.
Price Range: $10 - $25

I have always loved this pizza chain. I always start with the artichoke dip and finish with their sicilian pizza. I also like their chicken fetuccini. I go to this branch and the one in Otay Ranch.
Pros: Good food.
Price Range: $1 - $5

This is a great place to go for salads, pizza and soup. On your next visit you have to check out the tortilla soup... it is one of the best I have had. The pizzas are also very very good. I recommend the goat cheese and roasted bell pepper pizza.
