Like many other here, I had called Cheap Movers in San Diego and were so happy about the outcome. They are great! We used them for a 1-bedroom move within Los Angeles. They were totally reliable, came when they said they would and charged us what they said they would, without trying to sell us extra services or tack on additional fees. We didn't get a not-to-exceed price beforehand, but the price that was estimated over the phone proved to be true. We had asked for three men, and they were all efficient and hard workers. And just really fast. They also were great on the communication front-- if they weren't sure whether they should move something, they would make sure to ask. When they were unloading our stuff at the new apartment, they made sure to ask where to put the big pieces and were careful to put the boxes in the appropriate rooms based on how we had labeled the boxes. Overall, they were easy to book, true to their word, efficient, and careful with our stuff. I definitely recommend using Cheap Movers in San Diego!
