Overall we had a very good experience, the office is well managed and it has a lot of games and screens for the kids to play with while waiting. Dr. Nguyen has been nothing but professional and friendly to both my son and I.

He was "Very" unprofessional and felt the need to tell me he was the "Head Honcho" around here and that he owned this place! When asked questions inregards to my childs teeth, he responded in a defensive way and when I got my estimates I understood why. he tried to charge me for things my daughter did not need and way over charged me for things she did need. When switching over to a new Dentist. Dr. Khoungs office did not send over all the xrays and there was no record of the copay in which I made to his office the day we were seen. However the assistant was the more professional than he was.‎
