They came very quickly and were exceptionally acommodating. When our issue turned out be minor, the owner gave us a discounted rate on the item that needed immediate fixing and promised quotes on some larger projects. They were fast, friendly and efficient.

I had a problem with my hot water a few weeks ago and without spending to much time thinking, I called a plumbing company whose name I remembered from a TV commercial. Turns out all there money must be advertising because it sure as hell isn't customer service. The guy quoted me over a grand saying I needed a new water heater. I knew he was full of it because I still had hot water in my bathroom. I pretty much had to kick the thief out of my house. Did some research online and called Courtesy. I had a tub drain that was clogged and with the holidays coming up and a house full of family, I needed the tub/shower to work.

Two different plumbing companies were sent out to fix the problem by my home warranty company. Both of those plumbers told me it couldn't be fixed without removing the tub or digging under the house and costing a lot.

I needed another opinion before spending all that money.

Tony came out and in 45 minutes had my drain flowing and I was super happy. These guys did a great job. In addition to being professional they are also friendly and it was the best experience I have ever had with a plumber.

Tony and his crew saved one of the most important nights of during my holiday season! He made a special trip out to La mesa to help with our emergency- we had 10 guests coming over for a holiday party and realized at 10am we had a leaking toilet! His team somehow managed to squeeze us in and before we knew it , Tony was at our front door an hour and 30 minutes later!! Opening that door and seeing the plumber was literally like seeing Santa Claus! Except his gift would be to save our toilet and a night of embarrassment!
