Avoid this business at all cost
Worst customer service, specifically at this location. Would not let me cancel my pest contract with them after telling them I would be moving out of the house. They stated I had to pay the remainder of the contract. The supervisor and manager were both very condescending and threatened me by telling me they would continue to bill me and then it would go to collections. When I told them I thought their customer service is terrible, the supervisor actually told me that they have 1000s of accounts so it didn't matter what I thought of them.

There are lots of other options for pest control. I would avoid this business at all cost.

The apartment that I recently moved into had a major pest problem and Dewey Pest Control came in and took care of it. They had flexible appointment times and they were punctual too (unlike other services). After Dewey came in, I have had no problems with roaches or spiders. I recommend them to anyone.

I personally use Antimite services for my home. I've been using this company for many years and I've never had a problem. They religiously come for spraying whenever it's the scheduled time. No one needs to be home for the service. The representative will leave a receipt at your front door.
I also had a residence that needed a termite inspection and I called Antimite to see if they would do this service. They did and had no problem driving quite a few long miles to the other residence to do the apprasial. To top it off, the apprasial was FREE! Can't beat that.

WE have used Antimite Pest Control - our service man is Jack - for many years and have basically Pest free because of this service. We have a regular, every two month spray and Jack has been exceptionally conscientious about is work. If we have seen any beasties between service we just call and Antimite sends out a tecnician almost immediately.

Antimite has branches all over San Diego county so almost anyone can use their service. We have found that using a service like Antimite really eliminates the problems we had in the past with ants and especially fleas. Jack is knowlegable about what to use for what pest. We are bery pleased.
