horrible customer service, bad management practices
Spent over $1,000 on a chair here, was lied to, repeatedly by customer service when a replacement chair was needed because the original chair that was delivered was defective. had to drive back to the store to pretend like I was buying a chair to find out if it was in stock or not, then asked for a manager/ management was unaccommodating and made excuses for the bad customer service experiences instead of trying to remedy the problem and reach a resolution. I will never buy another thing at this store, I will spend my money elsewhere. Buyer beware, they only care about their "customer" before you pay them in full, after they have your money, they couldn't care less about you.
