I was shopping for furniture over seas on deployment and wanted to get everything setup before I got back. I found there website through a google search and searched there products the next couple of days. I emailed to get a couple questions answered. I got a quick and accurate response to each question. I placed my order online and got everything scheduled so that the pieces were delivered the day after I got back. All the pieces are quite nice, actually nicer than I thought they would be based on the prices. Great experience, very easy and accomidating.

horrible customer service, bad management practices
Spent over $1,000 on a chair here, was lied to, repeatedly by customer service when a replacement chair was needed because the original chair that was delivered was defective. had to drive back to the store to pretend like I was buying a chair to find out if it was in stock or not, then asked for a manager/ management was unaccommodating and made excuses for the bad customer service experiences instead of trying to remedy the problem and reach a resolution. I will never buy another thing at this store, I will spend my money elsewhere. Buyer beware, they only care about their "customer" before you pay them in full, after they have your money, they couldn't care less about you.

Best prices and selection in san diego
I purchased a whole home of furniture while away on deployment. I had delivery setup for the day I got back, they delivered everything that day and the pieces are great. There website gives great information and it was a great experience be able to purchase and have delivered right when I got back so there was no period were I was without furniture.
