<b> Overall:</b> A yummy stop if you are in the downtown area. This location is sometimes busy. They have an outside eating are so you can watch the people go by...not exactly quiet or romantic, but definitely entertaining. The prices are more than a 31 Flavors or COldstone but you are paying for the experience of an going to an old ice cream stop. They have flavored sodas, malts, and my favorite...chocolate shakes! <br /><br /><b>Value:</b> a bit more expensive than other ice cream places but worth the expense<br /><br /><b>Service:</b> fine- you order at the counter and either they call a number or at some locations they will serve you.<br /><br /><b>Quality:</b> excellent<br />

Pros: sometimes they have samples of chocolates.
Cons: in downtown you never know what typre of crazy will walk buy or disturb you.
Value: a bit more expensive than other ice cream places but worth the expense

<b> Overall:</b> so, my milkshake was probably one of the best i have had in my life. i would expect as much from a place like ghirardelli but i did not like paying so much for it. very expensive. it was Halloween, and my group was in the mood to party, so a good time was had <br /><br /><b>Value:</b> it was honestly a little much in price, but at least the food quality was top rate<br /><br /><b>Service:</b> i like an icecream store that comes to me. you stand in line for a while, but no worries, you get a table and someone brings you sweets with a smile<br /><br /><b>Quality:</b> icecream was excellent, and they used real fruit. <br />

Walking into this place is like walking into heaven. It is a chocolate lovers dream. If you are in the downtown area this is A MUST GO. They have banana split sundaes, milkshakes, malts, ice cream sundaes, anything you want. They are a little over priced, but it is the best ice cream sundae you will ever have. Take your child for their birthday
