I have been through a lot of plumbers having done 2 major remodels to my house. I see a lot of the Hanna Plumbing vans around La Jolla servicing some super expensive homes. I'm not sure why I never thought to call them. Anyway, I had some trouble with my kitchen faucet and the faucet company called Hanna Plumbing to come fix it. It's kind of a high tech hands free faucet. It turns out that my original plumber installed it fine but not exactly according to the manufacturer's instructions. The plumber from Hanna actually took the time to watch the DVD that came with the faucet and I could just tell that he was familiar with how it was supposed to be installed. The rep from the faucet company met him here too and seemed to be pleased with his work. I wish I could remember the plumber's name. He was really nice and I was comfortable with him in my home. I haven't always been comfortable with some workmen.
I will say I did not pay for the service call as it was covered by the faucet company. But I will call Hanna again.
Hanna Plumbing doesn't even cover my neighborhood but came down for a emergency water heater leak. The gave me a great price on my water heater install and got the job down fast!
We've used them a bunch of times. They are honest, and they will keep coming back until the job is fixed right. Most recently, we had a major plumbing detour that required many holes in the house, They were very neat about it.
