A-OK dim sum...
We had a party of 8 and we were seated promptly in the waaaay back. Luckily it was around 1p so it was just about dying down.
We sat and waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Pretty spacious restaurant. We noticed that the silverware was NOT clean and we even found a spider crawling on our table! YUCK!!!
Nevertheless, we gave the bene of the doubt and ordered several dishes. My Dad laughed because everything I ordered had shrimp in it. What can I say - I LOVE SHRIMP!!! We had the shrimp har gow, pork sho mai, shrimp ball, pork chop, won ton soup, pork buns, dessert - among others I cannot recall.
I have to say it was filling. Wasn't the best dim sum but we had a blast looking at all the carts and asking what each item was. We barely understood the employees when they mentioned what each item on the cart was, and often times, created traffic jams just to get to our table. It was hilarious!!!
Our total came out to be about $100 with grat and we were full. Another disappointment was that they charged for tea and steamed rice. WTH?! We all didn't have tea and we all didn't have rice, and we were still charged... Needless to say, my aunt did complain on the comment card hoping that they would contact her.
