This venue is the only pizza parlor in San Diego to serve true Chicago style deep dish pizza. The crust, sauce and cheese are heavenly minus all the grease that is prevalent in most deep dish concoctions. Pizzeria Uno is only an imitator. If you want true authentic Chicago style deep dish, this is the place.

Pros: The sandwiches are a treat. If ordering deep dish, try the spinach supreme.

Cons: The venue may get a little crowded, so order to pick up and take home.

Price Range: $10 - $25

If you like Chicago thin crust style pizza, cut into squares, this is the place. We had the italian sausage pizza as well as a "beef". Both were very good. The pizza sauce & sausage were perfect and the "beef" sandwich made us feel like we were back in Chicago. And the bread was exactly what a true "beef" requires ~ crusty and something you can really sink your teeth into!

Pros: Excellent food

Cons: Very small

Price Range: $5 - $10
