I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I had an eye exam for contact lenses and was completely dissatisfied with the contacts I got. In the end, I was told to just get used to them. I ended up getting a refund on the contacts but was still out $160 for the eye exam.

I actually think that Lenscrafters is difficult to work with in that they aren't the most responsive to a customer's needs. They are good at placing the orders, but not good at following up. I have been waiting for my glasses for 3 weeks now, and no one told me why they were late. Instead, I kept on heckling the store.

After spending more than $500 on glasses and contacts, you would think that they could provide good service. Sadly, they do not.
