good work fast service and a nice price

So we're having some trouble with our bamboo flooring and one installer who was bidding the job was convinced the damage is so bad that it has to be a sewer leak. Even though we had our sewer redone a few years ago. He managed to scare the heck out of my husband and told him to call our insurance company to figure out what to do. He did. Two days later they sent out Master Plumbing. The plumber was on time and seemed to be pretty thorough. He found no leaks, wrote a huge report and sent it to us and our insurance company.

He also found a broken water pressure valve. He said he could fix it for $350 but our normal plumber fixed it for $250. So we used our guy instead. But I was grateful he found it because the pressure was so high that both guys said it could have wrecked our Sub Zero, amongst other things.

We did not pay for this visit but I saw the bill and though it was reasonable. I've been through a lot of plumbers lately.

These guys know their stuff and they are honest which is hard to find these days. I would recommend to anyone.

From what I saw on the posts there were a few people who had issues, but from what I saw they must be the only couple of people who ever had problems. I had roots growing into my drain in the front yard causing clogs. They even showed it to me on camera! Brought out their own heavy equipment and finished it within a day, how crazy is that. If you are looking for an all in one company, try them out.

The plumber that came out to my house seemed to know everything that was going wrong.. He found my leak same day, suggested alternative solutions to my leaking hot water line, and repaired it very quickly. Very professional for what I've always considered a contracting nightmare.
