My Dacor microwave was no longer heating. That was the only problem, everything else was perfect. They fixed it at the tune of $160...no problem. I get it home and now the display doesn't work. I called them back an they said they did nothing to the display. It worked perfectly before I took it in and now it doesn't. No help was offered, but they could fix it for $240 more. Are you kidding me, what a rip off!!! Never again.

I just used Nutter Appliance for the first time to fix my Bosch dishwashers and I have to say this was the first experience I've had in a long time where the service man was a professional, well groomed and very happy person to help me out. I've used Box Appliances and I have to say the only way I would let them in my house is if I had other people with me. If you've used them before you know exactly what I mean. I can't say enough GREAT things about Nutter! Its about time real professional people are making house calls then the usual drunk or doped up ones that seem to be infested with the repair business.
I give Nutter an A+!

Excellent Customer Service
I only spoke with a Nutter representative on the phone, but he was extremely helpful, and provided me with some troubleshooting tips, which let me fix the problem myself. Not only did they save me money, but they were polite and extremely helpful!

I had a problem with my dishwasher that Bosch couldn't help with so I contacted Nutter and they walked me through a trouble shooting process and helped me fix the problem in one phone call.

They were courteous and professional.

I would highly recommend them!
