I was taking care of a someone dog that was being treated for cancer and the dog received chemotherapy. The vet informed to lower the dose of a medication which the DOG WAS NOT TAKING. BAD.
In the evening, the dog start having panting, having really expose diarrhea, crying and not drinking water. I called PB vet clinic to talk with the vet about the issue and called another vet, Dr.P
I known the dog was dehydrated by doing a skin test because I have a lot of experience with dogs. I got the dog to drink chicken broth with ice cubes to give fluids. This settle the dog down more and he then drank some and I gave the dog a anti-diarrhea pill as well.
PB Veterinary clinic never called me back. Dr. P called me back within 35 min.
My thought is PB Vet clinic does not known the medication and don't return emergency phone calls at all then the place is awfully and horrible.
I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY DOG TO THIS PLACE and I have probably been to over 25 vet locations which I would go back to if I need too. I would NEVER TAKE MY DOG HERE. Horrible horrible experience.
