Bad Office Help

I've lived here for two years so far and I'd like to warn potential renters of the lack of concern and help from the young couple who run the office. First of all, the woman is very arrogant and LAZY. She always rolls her eyes and looks bothered when you ask for something simple like say for instance... a parking sticker. They never answer their office phone and if you leave a message, even if you say it's important, they will not call you back. If you do get a hold of them, they usually say that they will "take care of it" but do nothing at all. Most of the time the office has a card in the window saying out to lunch for hours on end. As for the husband... he seems nice but is always over powered by the wife. She is MEAN!!! Oh yeah and there are a lot of illegals living here! Squack squack squack is all you hear though your windows!
