The best kept secret of San Diego
For under $7 you can feed good three or four people, the pizza is great it has that secret taste into it where you would pay over $20 to get that same taste , they put plenty of cheese and pepperoni or any other topping it is always loaded , They have the Italian bread or the stuffed bread ohhh... it is to kill for.Awesome place I love itβ€Ž

Decent Pizza, Great Price!
I am not going to lie, the pizza is not amazing. I would consider it to be similar in taste to a Little Ceasers $5 pizza, only the large pizza at Pizza Depot really is a large. Most people will eat a half a large, maybe a little more, or less. I would recommend it, but not for the flavor. If you are cheap/poor then this is your pizza joint!β€Ž

Poor Service
I had a horrible experience with the pizza owner which resulted in him cursing and making litigation. I will never eat at this place or any other chain like this place again. His unprofessionalism could only be matched by his horrible service and and rude ways. The employees took the wrong order and made us pay for someones pizza. After the mistake of his pizza place, he refused to take responsibility and refused to give us a refund. if you want a place that services you old cold pepperonis with crusty mushrooms i recommend you go here. But if you want a nice place where you can get a nice wholesome meal and great customer service, i recommend you going elsewhere.β€Ž

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
6.99 a plain pizza, but charge you miscellaneous things and you end up paying the same price as Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. The place looks dirty and you can tell the workers don't stress on cleanliness as they make the food. ...

It is Pizza Depot now, Not Hungry Howies
Pizza Depot probably took over the Hungry Howies location in 2006/2007 because Hungry Howies no longer exist in Mira Mesa. The pizza at Pizza Depot is cheap but watch your receipt for extra charges. Wait! You do not get a "detailed" receipt at this place. At least I never did when I paid by credit card. So be ready to calculate the total in your head and compare it with their total. How much is tax, how much is the pizza, what is this 50 cent fee, why is there an extra charge for the breadstick sauce (if the breadsticks & sauce combo is posted in the menu for a certain amount), etc? This business advertises low prices but is guilty of deceptive pricing due to those hidden extra charges like 50 cent extra fee for orders under a certain amount. I do not want to have to look for the fine print of why there are these extra charges. The first pizza that we bought was thin and decent. However, the next pizza that we bought at another visit smelled bad and tasted bad with an ...
