HORRIBLE!!!!! Rip off!!

I called this "local number" in Point Loma and told the guy we were at Dog Beach in Ocean Beach. He had no clue where I was or where Dog Beach was. He said it would be $120. I said, "No thanks, I don't have that much money." He said, "How much do you have?" We agreed on $90. When the rude, arrogant locksmith got there. He confirmed the $90 price, and re-ignitioned the car. He then asked for $129.00. I said, "No, you said $90." He threatened to leave with the key. He was a THIEF and a ROBBER!!! I would NEVER reccomend these horrible people. The recipt he gave me was from Clearwater Florida. CON-ARTIST SCAMMERS!!!!!!‎
