I had a virus on my computer that for the life of me I couldn't figure out. Not sure how it got there or how to make it go away. I took it San Diego PC Help and they were awesome! They'd had it for less than an hour when they figured out the problem and called to let me know my options. They fixed it in no time and I had my laptop again the next day. On top of a great service, they were really polite and treated me well as a customer. I'm thrilled with the overall package San Diego PC Help offers and while I hope I don't have to use their services again, if I need computer assistance, they're the first company I'm going to call.

I dropped my iPhone and I knew the moment it hit the ground that it was bad. Sure enough, I couldn't even get my phone to turn back on. I'm addicted to my phone, so I went to San Diego PC Help straight away to get it fixed. (My mom used them once and told me to go there.) They were beyond great about it. They did keep it for a few days, but in that time, they determined the problem, fixed it, ordered me a new iPhone casing since mine had cracked, and replaced that too. I've actually been using San Diego PC Help for about two years now. (I'm notoriously bad with computers, so I've been there quite a few times...) No matter what the problem, though, they're always quick to jump on it and fix things. They do their best to get your computer back to you fast because they get that no one likes to be without their laptop for any period of time these days. They've never had any trouble finding and fixing the problems I've wreaked over my computer. They always provide excellent service, making sure you're happy before you leave. And they do it all for a really great price. They're a great company!

I was devestated when I dropped my hard drive and lost EVERYTHING. It was obviously still functioning because my computer made a noise recognizing I had input media, but I couldn't open it. I used the mail-in service to get my hard drive fixed and it was surprisingly easy. Ship it to them, they work on it, ship it back. The whole thing took about a week. They managed to recover everything from the hard drive so I'm now back in business! I'm so grateful for their service because I would be lost right now without them. Great work!
