Nicole did my first ever Brazilian Keratin and since then another. I've been able to go about 5 months between treatments. It's a life changing treatment as I have coarse wavy hair that used to always need to be blow dried. Now I pretty much walk out of the shower and go. It's liberating. It doesn't go pin straight like a Japanese straightening but keratin is so much better for your hair than the chemicals used in Japanese Hair Straightening. Plus the cost of keratin is at least half, if not more depending on your hair.

I like the cozy, relaxed ambience at Stacey'z. Everyone is nice, there is yummy coffee and despite me having uber thick hair and keratins taking longer than a normal person, time flies and I'm never bored. Plenty of magazines and good conversation. They have their own parking spots but I never have a problem finding space on La Jolla Blvd.
