Canon doesnt pay in a timely manner or so far at all. I bought a machine out of my price range but was told I will get an INSTANT rebate on line by a staples clerk. Got home only to read its a MAIL IN- so far its over a month late my promised date by canon. ...

Great place to do your back-to-school shopping or if you just need to pick something up for the office. Decent selection and very well-organized. The Mission Valley store is rarely ever crowded, so you'll get your shopping in hassle-free without having to fight people off. Good customer service, and they're real friendly about accepting coupons or doing price matches.

One of the best deals in town. Staples is a terrific place to get some of the cheapest electronics ever. Ive never had any trouble with them accepting my coupons or even helping me order online. The manager is very friendly and understanding and helped me once resolve a problem concerning rebates, and gave me a check for the money instead! Its the great service that keeps me coming back, Staples a model for a great store.

i like going to the staples in mission valley to buy stuff because it is never crowded. also they are some what friendly. but i hate going there because some times their workers could be rude and it is hard to return things there. it seems sometimes that they dont like it when you return items their.
