No chaos here
This is a pretty easy Staples to deal with. You can run in and out very quickly. Loads of parking and it's never crowded. You can ship stuff from here and recycle your printer ink. I have Staples rewards but I'm not sure I've ever benefited from it. Not sure what it does. I don't think they've ever not had anything I've come in for. In fact, I always come out with something else I didn't intend to buy. I think that shopping online can be cheaper but I always head in there when I need something ASAP. Like when I forget to order printer ink online and it runs out.
It's next to a CVS, which is convenient too.

It sounds totally nerdy, but I secretly love this place - guess the secret's out now! Staples is a great place to pick up any and all office supplies. They always have really great prices, or if you wait about a week, the price of whatever you were eyeing has probably gone down. I've bought things for my laptop there and I like that's it's not overwhelming, like Best Buy or Circuit City can sometimes get. Also, the staff at the PB location is pretty friendly and helpful. Oh and they have unbeatable prices when it comes to the copy center - I'll never go to Kinkos again!
Pros: Great prices, friendly staff.
Cons: Office supplies isn't my first choice when "shopping"!

Funny thing about Staples, they price above suggested retail and admit it. Why spend your hard earned money at any Staples? Example: they sold me Epson ink jet paper 852528 at $15.99 when they sell it on their online store at $14.29. ...

this staples is pretty neat. they have great customer service. their manager is really nice and he helped me out when i had a problem buying an item because they were sold out. but they are not ceratinly as nice as the staples in kearny mesa. i dont like the way they run their bussiness sometimes.
