My car was stolen from the parking lot, right in front of this Target. It was 10am on a Saturday morning. Don't know what security was doing. When I went to customer service, the young lady was un-pleasant and seemed put-out when I asked her to call security for me. I stood there for a while holding my thawing groceries, only to be approached by a young, security guy. He only wrote down my name, phone #, etc. and told me that I needed to call the police myself. Hello! My phone was in the car, charging, when they stole it! I had to go back to customer service and ask 'Little Miss Sunshine' to use the store's phone. When I asked her for the store's address for the police, she didn't even know it. As I was waiting for my husband and son to pick me up, I was told by security, " They definitely stole your car, we have them on video." Thanks alot! Maybe, someone should have been monitoring the area while my car was being stolen! The police gave me a number to call and never actually came out the store to take any info or to look at the video, to my knowledge. My car was found, abandoned, 3 hours later, in the parking lot of a convenience store, five minutes away from the Target. I guess the guy just needed to get from point A to point B. He also needed my new $200 phone, the charger for it and some clothes I had gotten for my friends' little girls that were in the trunk. On top of that, my husband and I had to pay $387 to get my car from the impound yard, because the cops had it towed from where they found it. Why don't they just call you and let you get your vehicle?However, I am very grateful that got my car back in one piece. I realize that other folks are not as fortunate as I was. Anyway, needless to say, an unpleasant experience and the employees at the College Grove Target could have definitely handled my situation better. A bit of kindness and empathy goes a long way in retail. They may want to give that a try. Even though it's the nearest one to me, I don't shop at that Target, if I can help it. Grossmont's nicer anyway.

I love the target brand diapers, they work good and cheaper than all the other ones but this store never has the diapers I need so I end up having to go to another target which is really inconvinient because this is the closest one to me.
