Target in Mira Mesa is a great place to go when looking for kitchenware. They have such a large and colourful variety, perfect when planning a summer barbecue. <br /> <br /> They also have a large electronic section, carrying items like mp3 players, digital cameras, dvds, televisions and stereos for very reasonable prices. <br /> <br /> Target has such a variety of products, you'll always find what you need. It is like a Mervyn's, Best Buy and Bed Bath and Beyond all rolled into one!

Target Is located off Mra Mesa Boulavard. It is very run Down. It has many employees, but it took me half an hour for some one to help me find what I was looking for. I had asked about four different employees before someone helped me to find an electronic device. I wouldn't recommend it.

Pros: Great customer service. There are stations all around the store that if you go up to and push a button, a team member will come and assist you in less than 60 seconds (at least that's what the sign says ).

When it comes to service, people tend to forget to go that "extra mile." Customers are always judging how a company trains their employees, and how much the employees give back. Great service is something that should never be over-looked. Yes, I can understand that you won't receive a tip for every great service you give, but at least you know that you've satisfied a customer and when word of mouth gets passed, you'll receive nothing but great reviews. Anyhow, the Target in Mira Mesa has effort. The employees try hard to do their best. Yes, some of them might be struggling with their tasks and duties, but we can't blame them for not being properly trained.
Hey Target Corporate, send down a "real trainer." Give the customers what they want: Exceptional service for all, regardless of race. Yes you can!

This Target in Mira Mesa is the worst Target I have ever been to. Messy, sloppy, unprofessional. They hire the rudest team members who don't know what they're doing. They obviously don't train them in how to do customer service or even how to communicate with the general public. Just yesterday my husband and I were there looking for some new computer speakers. We went to the electronic department, found the speakers we wanted, but there weren't any left on the shelf. So we went over to the team members that were working in that department to ask for help. One of them didn't even know how to look up an item, in fact she didn't know how to do anything. The other guy working there was standing around not doing anything and when she asked him to help us, he just threw up his hands and wandered away. Then another customer comes up and asks a question and SHE gets helped instead of us!! We left immediately and went to another Target location. Avoid Mira Mesa Target if you can. They don't know what they're doing!
