When I drove cross country I blew out the engine in my Defender 90. I called several places but owner Jim Newman was the only one who made me feel like they could take care of the replacement for a reasonable amount of money in a reasonable amount of time.
Pros: They know Land Rovers because they drive Land Rovers - lots of them.
Price Range: $1 - $5

Friendly knowledgable and enthusiastic about even my old beater when they hadd all these shiny newer trucks to work on<br /> <br /> I don't go anywhere else now
Pros: Did what they said they would when they said they would do it at the price they quoted
Cons: Bit of a long drive to get there, but worth it
Price Range: $300 - $500

I used to go to the local dealer and was getting frustrated with the lack of service and continually rising prices. I found The Rover Group through a friend and have been so happy with them in the last 2 years I will never go back to the dealer. They are always so happy to help you, very ethical and honest and always provide uncomparable customer service. The owners are quality people who make this business what it is!!
Pros: Honest &amp; reliable, they know EVERYTHING about Range Rovers!
Cons: No on site loaner cars like dealer but its a minor inconvienience in exchange for lower prices and honest service!

I could not be happier with the service I recieved at the Rover Group. They gave me a loner car which was very convinient and they repaired my fuel pump the same day. Thank you Rover Group.
Pros: Free loner car, great customer service, and quality work
