When I called and spoke to Kyle, I expressed my concerns from buying online without seeing the diamond. Then he explain to me about their Seven Day policy. I told him lets go with it. I had only one request. I needed the engagement ring by Saturday and it was Wednesday mid morning and the diamond. The ring was overnight by fed-ex to me and I had the engagement ring by Thursday morning. The reason I needed the ring by Saturday, all my Girlfriends Family was coming into town to meet me.
