When I went to this pizzeria I wasn't too hungry so I only had a slice of their Southern French pizza. They make the pizzas with a thin crust, which is how I like them but the crust was made from whole wheat or something similar, it was interesting flavor. The slice I had was very good even and I did have a hard time deciding from their selection. This is not your every day greasy pizza, it looks and tastes healthy.

Zia Gourmet is located in Adams Ave at a walking distance from several pubs and lestat's coffee shop, so you can easily stay in that area all night walking from one establishment to another.

Just went here last night and thought it was a fairly decent place for gourmet pizza. My friend and I ordered half of the sweet southern french pizza and half of the eggplant. I thought the sweet southern french was mediocre. There was hints of greatness but it can definitely be improved with stronger flavors. The eggplant, on the other hand, was perfection! Now I understand why everyone raves about it. I loved the big chunks of eggplant. I think what really makes the eggplant pizza is the yogurt sauce they drip on top.

Pizza with healthy ingredients is my kind of thing. Their pizzas are made with unique ingredients making it taste so good their food is one of a kind.

Unexpected toppings, which you'll be glad you tried. Roasted eggplant, cranberries, and dollops of delicious yogurt sauce - who knew it would be so good!

With a thin whole wheat crust, it seems unlikely to make for good leftovers the next day but just as good cold out of the fridge.

Whole pies or by-the-slice. Super nice owner.
