I am a landlord and just used them for the first time. Great service, I got credit report, application, pay stubb on a tenant and it didn't cost me anything. I highly recommend them and will pass the word on at my next network meeting
This company is completely worthless. They make you pay money for inaccurate and stolen listings. My roommates and I paid them, and ended up signing a lease on our own, not through them, yet they refuse to give us any kind of refund because they claim it was one of their properties, even though they didn't pay the credit check fee for us. <br />
