The owner personally atttacked my husband and I after joining a discussion on the KUSI board. He started to write me personal messages telling me to go back to whatever country I came from and belittled my husband because he is on my healthcare because it is just better than what he gets. Lyle Snow, the owner, doesn't know us and decided to act out in the way that he did. Just for the record, I'm 100% American and born and raised in San Diego. If you want to do business with a man who has hate for people that are not caucasian and degrading people that served in the military, then go ahead. He stands for what is wrong with people today. I had to report him to authorities for harassment

Kevia's service is just dreadful. She is unbelievably rude and obnoxious. She is unproffesional and is more concerned about servicing her friends and baby daddy or having her hands in food to the detriment of her overflowing waistline and caricature shape. She has no business providing any service of any sort. Ghetto service from a ghetto woman, who acts like she is doing you a favor in her salon the size of a funeral casket. She is a fraud who refers you to a Beauty Supply store right by her for a commission which she pockets. I would not recommend her to even my worst enemy unless you want to be left with two strands of hair holding on for dear life. Take your money where your business will be appreciated and you wont leave feeling insulted. Avoid this ghetto establishment and Kevia whose hair looks like a walking ghetto multicolored hairshow. Go to Hair Phenatiks your risk, you're better of at Paul Mitchell. Money doesn't grow on trees, and no one should be throwing it at a Kool-Aid colorist and kitchen hairstylist like Hair Phenatiks.

They basically held him prisoner using a 5150 on a very liberal interpretation of the law. We fought to have him released with no luck. For 24 hours of captivity, he was ignored and received no help. He was completely sober when he went yet they still tried to dope him up on detox medication. To make it worse, they charged our credit card $3500 + $300 for a 5 minute doctor visit. Stay Away From Aurora!!!

I wanted shutters for my new french doors that I installed in my bedroom. I had Home Depot out for an estimate but they did not listen to what I wanted and were careless in the measurements. What I really wanted was someone to manufacture the shutters to my exact measurements and I would install myself. I found French Shutters with an internet search and it turned out that they were only a couple of miles from my house. They gave me an estimate which was $200.00 less than the Home Depot estimate. I ordered, picked up and installed myself. Took about 2 hours to do job and I saved $200. Quality is very good. They are just as good if not better than the shutters that Home Depot did for my daughter and they are a local company. Highly recommended.

He said he could give NO price quotes of any type (including travel to site of repair and diagnosing) until after diagnosing. I had heard this same pricing scheme from a couple of other repair services so I went with it at first. Then I feared he may quote a "mere $3,000.00." Decided to ask him again for more specifics about pricing when he called to say he was on his way to my home to work. If he refused to give more specifics, I was going to cancel on him. He arrived without calling. I asked him. He said that it depended on the job. Let him work anyway. The bacon and hot dogs in the bottom drawer of the refrigerator were frozen. He adjusted the openings of the air vents from the freezer side, of this side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, to the refrigerator side and declined to charge anything. Now I felt bad for him driving all the way out there, being honest, doing a service, and leaving with nothing. Then we agreed on $25.00 to blow out the condensor coils with a CO2 tank and hose. Then he offered to let me have the money back if I was up against hard times. I give him, "Harry" permission to tell you my response.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a romantic night out on a budget and Splash exceeded our expectations. The fabulous pizza, the incredible selection of wine and the personal service was unmatched. We only spent $30 and had four glasses of wine, a pizza and a salad! The decor was great and the wine event better! We will be back.
