I was real happy when I rented a house thru Utopia because they were very good about taking care of my maintance needs. I know they had to contact the owner and wait for a response but they did not leave me hanging out there waiting. I had to deal with Prudential California Realty when we purchased our current home. I had to go to their office to pick up the keys when we closed escrow. The office is very nice and has recently been remodeled. The parking can get a little tight but overall it was a good experience.
