best vet around

Honest, prices you can afford, and super great people. I have been to three vets before finding Rancho Mesa and the difference is night and day. They don't give advice just to get you to spend money. In fact they have always warned us against needless spending. They always find a way to fit us in and they always have kind words for us, even when our dogs leave a surprise for them. Great...

I have been taking my pets there for over ten years, I have lost one cat in their care, due to a dog mauling. <br /> Dr. Nagel has even done a few extras with out charging me, when my dog had an ear operation he took off some skin disorders for free. He is very compassionate. <br />

I will never go back

I made an appt to take my cat in and had to wait an hour to see the doctor and she only spent 5 mintues looking over my cat and they took so long getting the meds ready and the doctor forgot to right the other one down and rushed off to another exam room so I told them I wanted to take my cat home so she wouldn't be scared anymore and come back for the other medication. I agree with the person above...the first time I went, I took my puppy for just a routine check-up. She checked out fine but Dr Gill tried to get me to give her unneccessary tests and such.
