El Indio is San Diego's oldest and best mexican restaurant. It's a local fav and great for tourists too. The are famous for inventing Taquitos and they make their own fresh tortillas from scratch every single day. The restaurant founders made the first tortilla machines. They know how to make Tortillas and from that chips which are second to none. I highly recommend their Enchiladas,&...

We went because of a show on the food network. I was disappointed with the food when I got it. There are WAY better Mexican food places. I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I went for an early dinner and it was fun - nothing spectacular but I wouldn't mind going back. The food is priced like most other restaurants on the India block in Little Italy but our server definitely stood out. He was extremely happy and cheerful and had a great personality - so even though he was a little less than attentive, we barely noticed because of his positive attitude... he must...

Restauranteurs beware...
Restauranteurs beware...: The menu says the restaurant was rated 5-stars...don't think so... The service was slow, the sauces tasted like they were "fresh"...from the can. Entrees were overcharged for the quality served...
Food was reasonably priced and delicious- I had the 16oz steak.
Food was reasonably priced and delicious- I had the 16oz steak. Cooked to order
The hostess was pleasant- Offered choice of seating, patio or bar due to 20 minute table wait. Patio was an excellent choice.
Waitress was very knowledgeable of menu, wines and beers.Offered water and drinks while we looked over our menu. Ordered calamari for an appetizer it was fair. Our order was taken...

It's nice that RB has a wine bar finally, it's too bad the wine
It's nice that RB has a wine bar finally, it's too bad the wine bar isn't very good. The first time I went to this wine bar I ordered one of their salads with grilled chicken and a white wine. The chicken was still raw. When they saw it, they asked me if I wanted it cooked some more. I asked them to take it back and they said they would comp me. When I got the bill, the dish was still on it. I...
Even though we had reservations, they still took at least 15 minutes to seat us. We were sat outside with a broken heater and froze the entire time. We did'n't receive our bread for the oil and vinegar that was on the table for at least 30 ...

Would not go back
Would not go back: I have been there many times, and can not think of one time I was happy with the service. The food is great I enjoy it more then any other italian resturant. I went there about a week ago with my boyfriend and had the worst experience of my life. First we sat down and didnt get our drink orders for 15 minutes, we then got to order and recieved our salads 15 minutes after...
We have had several business dinners here with at least 50 to 75 people. The food and wait staff has always been excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing. ...

A little insane!
Ok..where do I start, the wine list is all off 1 year from my experience, they said they were sorry. The free range chicken was still on the range, it was raw. I asked for certain extras along the way, I was willing to pay, they never ...
This is my favorite place to be with my husband in all of San Diego. It is very romantic, especially on the patio at dusk. There is a story behind the green flash but you must dine there to find it. The Bloody Marys are out of this world and the steamed clams are unsurpassed.

worst I've ever seen, tasteless food, very bad service, you
worst I've ever seen, tasteless food, very bad service, you have to grab the seat before someone else does. Rude servant, and no supervision. save money and try other Indian res.
Nice place to visit with your friends .They have lots of choices of currys and breads .I love the paneer pakoras and there garlic naan. The food was fantastic .
Great place for great food by Jason F. at InsiderPages
This is a great restaurant, especially for a special occasion. I went here and had their duck breast and it was amazing. They are definitely a high class place, and their service lives up to it. Not very many places that look classy actually act classy. I will definitely return when I find an occasion to go.
I've been here a few times and normally get a pizza. The crust is amazing. It's soft and a little sweet, and very good. I've also had the Antipasta Salad, which seems a little pricey, but it's enough for at least 4 people as an appetizer. It is also very good. You really should check this place out.
It has great Pad Tai, very yummy! The price is reasonable and didn't have to wait to be seated. The staff are friendly and are happy to advise you about what to order
A friend and I toke the trolley from our hotel and stumbled across Zia's Bistro after hitting up the Irish pub down the street. We just ordered appetizers. The bread was very tasty, we had two baskets and the caprese was delicious. We also shared calamari and for the first time in history I ate the little guys. I could'nt believe it. The dipping sauce is so tasty I think we dipped our bread in...
quality food at reasonable prices by Debbie C. at InsiderPages
The Sportsmen's Seafoods is such a great restaurant. All of their food is reasonably priced - and there's lots to choose from. You won't go wrong here - try to save room for the desserts too!
This is a cute little restaurant. Very small. Nice, authentic decor that has a whimsical feel to it. Not big enough place for large parties, although they do have a cute little ...
