Their boarding facility is less than sanitary and their staff is rude and unprofesstional. the "manager" in the shop appeared hungover or sick and was rude when asked routine boarding questions. i will not be taking my cat there again.

Just last month I had a loved one stay at this place for a few days for some mental help. I went to visit each day. I would not send my worst enemy to stay there.
