We have taken our cars to San Carlos Auto since it first opened and have had great service. There is one elderly gentleman who works there periodically who is not very obliging, so I would avoid him totally and ask to speak only with Brian. They have always been very helpful, and stayed open late one time before a holiday weekend to help with an issue.
