Great doctor, great office. We have been going here for years. Always get our reminder cards, and appointments on time. Great selection of glasses to choose from. Prices right and always been very happy with outcome. The office and doctor are all very friendly.
Best eye exam I ever had. Doctor Ratner explained EVERYTHING. Staff helpful and courteous. Incompetent staff but friendly doctor
Very impressed with Dr. Ratner's service and ability to examine patients, but the office is literally a zoo with dogs freely playing and roaming around office. Had to call multiple times to send a perscription for outside pick-up and the receptionists were rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend this office unless you are desperate for a quick appointment.
