I have been taking my pets there for over ten years, I have lost one cat in their care, due to a dog mauling. <br /> Dr. Nagel has even done a few extras with out charging me, when my dog had an ear operation he took off some skin disorders for free. He is very compassionate. <br />

I made an appt to take my cat in and had to wait an hour to see the doctor and she only spent 5 mintues looking over my cat and they took so long getting the meds ready and the doctor forgot to right the other one down and rushed off to another exam room so I told them I wanted to take my cat home so she wouldn't be scared anymore and come back for the other medication. My puppy broke my leg and they were there to help in the middle of the night. Although the bill was out of this world, it wasn't really because of them. Best Vet

This place is great! The staff is very kind & helpful. The Dr. even called me the next day to check-on my rabbit. It was by far our most positive Animal Hopsital experience! They also have great hours & its clean. You can tell how much they all care. This place is the BEST!

Wonderful Pet Clinic

I have three pets, so I have been to many vet clinics. Some of them are exceptional and some of them are horrible. Dr. Liu's office was not exceptional, but the staff was friendly and honest. I trusted this vet for over four years. Since then, I have met four people that have lost their pet due to him not diagnosing correctly. The Dr.'s are so caring at Banfield

The Dr.;s are very caring and in touch with our feelings as our older dog was slowly dying over a 6 month period. They did every procedure and gave so much attention to detail. Very bad service. Doctor never saw my dog.

This place was awful. I made an appointment for noon during a weekday. I planned on going during my lunch break from work. I only needed a common prescription that should have taken 10 minutes max.
